At the bottom of the mystical Serra de Sintra, the way will be lead by the ancestral wisdom of Tantra Yoga, teaching us techniques and practices that allow us to develop our full potential in the various levels of existence: physical, mental and spiritual.

We will have the presence of the Indian monk Dada Krsnananda, who since 1981 teaches yoga and meditation in different parts of the world.

An opportunity to start the New Year in a tranquil and inspiring environment. Come meditate in silence, perform daily yoga practices, walk in nature, eat delicious vegetarian food, and find that inner space where you are allowed to connect in a peaceful and harmonious way with the other beings and the whole universe.

It is not necessary to have flexibility or previous experience with yoga postures or meditation.

Statements of previous retreats

Going to the retreat was an oportunity of diving in the deepest of myself. The life that pulsated in the green of the magestic mountains, the sound of nature, the meditation, the practice of yoga and the inspiration transmited by the Dadas awakened in me a growing stream of consciousness and inner well being. To remember the moments in which I watched the first rays of sun of the day, at the tune of a melody vibrating with the meaning of “love is all there is” is to be touched again by that feeling of universal love. (…) That all beings thirsty for life, freedom and divine love may dive in this fantastic journey. (Nádia Cordeiro)
